 Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds to customers who received the wrong item or a damaged item. Please contact us at ohquebec16@gmail.com with a photo of the wrong/damaged item and we will make it right for you.


 Can I exchange my item for a different size/color?

 At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size will fit better, please check our size chart - every item listed in our store has a size chart, located in the product description section. Although rare, the item you ordered may have been mislabeled. If this is the case, please contact us at ohquebec16@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your mislabeled item, order number and photos, and we will send you a new product, or issue a refund!
